坦克射击事故的人-机-环境因素

从系统工程学的角度,揭示出坦克射击事故的发生决不是偶然的,而主要是由于坦克射击人-机-环境系统中诸因素之间的不协调、不稳定造成的。结合坦克射击训练的不同层次,运用统计学方法,对坦克射击事故中的人-机-环境因素进行了分析,给出了坦克射击不同层次训练事故发生的原因,揭示了坦克射击训练事故发生的一般规律。     

CON/SLK due date assignment and scheduling on a single machine with two agents

We consider scheduling problems involving two agents (agents A and B), each having a set of jobs that compete for the use of a common machine to process their respective jobs. The due dates of the A‐jobs are decision variables, which are determined by using the common (CON) or slack (SLK) due date assignment methods. Each agent wants to minimize a certain performance criterion depending on the completion times of its jobs only. Under each due date assignment method, the criterion of agent A is always the same, namely an integrated criterion consisting of the due date assignment cost and the weighted number of tardy jobs. Several different criteria are considered for agent B, including the maxima of regular functions (associated with each job), the total (weighted) completion time, and the weighted number of tardy jobs. The overall objective is to minimize the performance criterion of agent A, while keeping the objective value of agent B no greater than a given limit. We analyze the computational complexity, and devise polynomial or pseudo‐polynomial dynamic programming algorithms for the considered problems. We also convert, if viable, any of the devised pseudopolynomial dynamic programming algorithms into a fully polynomial‐time approximation scheme. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 基于非均匀线阵和修正MUSIC算法的DOA估计

研究了基于非均匀线阵的DOA估计问题。提出了利用修正MUSIC算法进行DOA估计,并设计了对称布阵方式。仿真结果表明在对称布阵非均匀线阵中使用修正MUSIC算法,空间谱分辨率高、栅瓣小,且分辨率要高于均匀线阵。本算法获得了较高的空间谱分辨率,提高了DOA估计性能。     

大学生优柔寡断、适应性、自我调节学习与学业拖延的关系研究

研究旨在探索优柔寡断人格、适应性、自我调节学习与大学生学业拖延的关系,揭示学业拖延的影响机制,对大学生学业拖延的干预提供启示。选取1654名大学生开展了问卷调查,结果显示:(1)大学生学业拖延行为在中等偏下水平,学业拖延改变倾向在中等偏上水平,功能性拖延水平在中等水平;(2)优柔寡断与拖延行为呈正相关,情感适应性、自我效能与拖延行为呈负相关;优柔寡断、自我调节策略与拖延行为改变倾向呈负相关,适应性、认知策略与拖延行为改变倾向呈正相关;优柔寡断与功能性学业拖延呈负相关;自我调节学习与功能性学业拖延呈正相关;(3)大学生适应性在优柔寡断影响一般学业拖延行为中起到中介作用;自我调节学习、适应性在优柔寡断影响拖延行为改变倾向中起到中介作用;自我调节学习在优柔寡断影响功能性学业拖延中起到中介作用。     

基于“北斗”卫星的四级车辆指挥管理系统研究

结合"北斗"卫星定位系统的原理和特点,提出了一种基于我国自主研制双星定位系统的四级车辆指挥管理系统的设计,并分析了其组成、主要功能和特点,该系统能有效地对多辆车实行实时管理与监控,有效地提高车辆的指挥管理效率。     

One-step synthesis of FeO(OH) nanoparticles by electric explosion of iron wire underwater

In this study,we investigated electric explosion of iron wire in distilled water with different energy input adjusted by charging voltage.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),showing the presence of iron and multiple iron-based compounds oxides with contents influenced by the experimental conditions.In particular,pure FeO(OH) nanoparticles were obtained using electric explosion of iron wire with energy input of 1125 J at charging voltage of 15 kV.Analysis of discharge current and resistive voltage data indicate that the high energy input induced by strong plasma discharge at high charging voltage is a key factor to form FeO(OH).This study presents a one-step method to synthesize FeO(OH) nanoparticles using electric explosion of iron wire.     

基于遗传算法的无线通信节点部署优化策略

根据无线通信节点部署过程中网络受到区域环境影响和电波传播损耗等实际问题,建立了考虑区域影响的信号衰减模型和无线通信网络覆盖模型,提出了一种综合考虑网络覆盖和通信干扰的优化部署策略。该策略采用了加速遗传算法,大大降低了计算量。基于该优化策略,通过仿真实验得到了特定区域的最优通信节点数和节点部署位置图。     

一类带时滞的飞行器系统干扰观测器控制

复杂的飞行器系统容易同时受到外部干扰和时滞的影响,为改善该系统控制性能设计一种新的基于干扰观测器控制策略.通过构造辅助观测器以及适当的坐标变换观测将来时刻的干扰,得到相应的干扰预测规律.与传统的鲁棒控制律结合,能够保证系统的稳定性,同时干扰的影响可以得到实时补偿.仿真结果表明该方案在外部干扰和时滞共同作用下具有较好跟踪特性.     

消防部队基层指挥员作战指挥能力评估研究

通过建立消防部队基层指挥员作战指挥能力评估模型,采用模糊综合评判和层次分析法(AHP),对基层指挥员作战指挥能力给出了较为精确的计量,可以了解掌握基层指挥员自身实力和存在不足,也为上级用人提供依据.
